NOVEL River District by Crescent Communities

Toured this property on a weekday with property manager Chris and decided to move in after the tour itself and moved in within a week. That’s how good the property is. Amenities in this properties are top notch and well maintained. We had some issues with the windows and the maintenance promptly resolved it. All in all, leasing staff, maintenance staff are very friendly. This is definitely a great place to live and glad we decided to call this place our home. PS: Chris is awesome and he gave us all the info we need and extremely friendly. He made our move in process extremely smooth.

Novel is a great place! All the amenities and future amenities .. makes for a great area if you want quiet but closeness to major attractions. Chris is the community manager and he is amazing, so kind, funny, and has been super receptive to our needs as we start a new adventure here and Charlotte! Honorable mention - Mr Fynn - the doodle- loves him! Dogs always know good humans.

Jamani was the best at presenting the apartment options for me and my partner! Moving from out of state is scary and she made us feel incredibly secure. Application process was easy and the property is beautiful. 10/10 experience!
