Who we are and what this covers

This site is Top 20 Citations, a directory of home and property businesses in the United States and Canada. It is operated by Citation Vault LLC.

This policy covers this website. It says what information we collect, where it comes from, how we use it and what choices you have.

Listings come from Google Business data and from business submissions. Businesses we added from Google Business data are Free Listings.

A listing holds a business name, category, address and phone number. It shows hours and a website when we have them.

If you own a listed business, or you are named in a listing, you can ask us to correct or remove it. Email connect@top20citations.com or use the corrections desk.

Profiles can show a business star rating, review count and review quotes from Google. They are labelled Google Reviews.

We do not show reviewer photos or links to reviewer profiles.

If you wrote a review quoted here, you can ask us to remove the quote.

The site has no visitor accounts. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.

When a business buys a Featured listing, the card payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.

Our pages are delivered by a content delivery network run by Bunny.

This site does not use analytics, session recording or advertising tags.

If you switch between light and dark, that choice is kept in your own browser.

This site sets no cookies. The light or dark choice is kept in browser storage and is not a cookie.

You can clear browser storage, or block cookies, in your browser settings.

We use listing information to publish the directory and keep it accurate.

Hosting logs help keep the site running and stop abuse.

We use email you send us only to answer your message and keep a record if needed.

We do not sell personal information. Bunny delivers the pages and Stripe handles card payments when checkout is enabled.

We may share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for.

You can ask us what information we hold about you. Email connect@top20citations.com.

This site is for adults looking up businesses. It is not directed at children under 13.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Pages are served over an encrypted connection.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date below.

Last updated 24 October 2026.
